Candidates receive a conversational AI screen tailored specifically to the job they applied for. The AI conducts a natural conversation that feels like the initial screening interview with a human recruiter. Candidates can also optionally provide professional references to strengthen their candidate package.
When you review a candidate package, you have two options: accept them for an interview, or pass with feedback. If you accept, we'll handle scheduling the interview on your calendar. If you pass, your feedback is incorporated into our scoring system to improve future candidate matches. We ask that clients stay engaged and review candidates in reasonable time to keep the pipeline moving. We can handle scheduling the first interview, but generally after that, you own the relationship with the candidate. This gives you full control over the interview process while we focus on finding you great candidates.
Every time you pass on a candidate and provide feedback, that feedback is incorporated into our screening and matching process. This means the fit of candidates we send you only gets better over time as we learn your preferences and what makes a good match for your company.
Since you only pay the success fee when you make a hire, there's minimal risk if candidates don't meet your standards. We also offer a full refund guarantee if a hire leaves within 90 days. We encourage feedback on every candidate you pass on, which helps us improve. If you're consistently not finding good matches, we'll work with you to refine the criteria and process.
Yes, Reval works with all types of roles regardless of location requirements. We can source candidates for remote, hybrid, or in-office positions across different time zones and locations.
You'll need to provide your job description(s) and a client intake form for each role. The client intake describes specific criteria or preferences that may not be in the job description - things like must-haves, nice-to-haves, team culture fit, and any other important factors for the role.
